Next Day Delivery 24 hours - Information
Next Day Delivery simply means we will ship out using a 24 hour service the day of dispatch and is not 24hours from the order date. unless requested by the customer. However if an item is in our physical stock and is placed before our cut of time of 12 noon, we will try to ship the order on the same day or withing 48 hours.
This does NOT include Saturday delivery services.A Saturday service can be arranged by calling our office for a quote.
Most of the couriers we use deliver within this time frame however we cannot guarantee any item will be received the following day.
All orders should be received within the stated time frame unless otherwise advised by us.
*If you need your order to be with you on a Next Day service please call us to ensure this is going to be possible before processing.
Any items that are not in stock with us here shall be back ordered and sent out to you on a next day service without further charge.

If you place your order on a weekend it will arrive on the following Tuesday

Our standard charge for shipping is £6.95 + vat
Standard Delivery – All mainland GB standard deliveries should be with you in 3-4 working days unless we inform you via your order. But we strive to send orders out within 48hrs if available. Please always check your online order status for our updates. Please be aware If you did not register then you will not see these updates.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
VAT must be added to all carriage charges - No additional charges for Kickbags or other bulky items. We can only deliver to Northern Ireland on a Standard 2 Day Service.
Where Does Kicksport Deliver To?
We deliver to the UK and most countries in Europe (see below), as well as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey & United Arab Emirates.

Can All Kicksport Products Be Delivered Worldwide?
We can ship products to the majority of countries. If you are having trouble ordering online from a particular country, please contact us and we will help you out.
We require that you provide us with a genuine residential or commercial address for delivery. Our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes or drop boxes in any country.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
For deliveries to mainland Great Britain our options include standard delivery service. We will ship next day if the item is in stock here in the UK and within the order time limit for despatch and requested.
We wil always try to contact you via email from your order to inform you of any delays or stock issues. Please call us for order updates.
Which courier companies do you use?
We use several courier companies depending on the type of delivery service you have requested and the area that your order is being delivered to.
We currently use APC, Interlink/DPD for Next Day services and MyHermes for smaller items up to 1kg in most cases. UPS or Interlink or orders outside the United Kingdom.
Does "Next Day Delivery" mean it will be shipped the same day?
Unfortunately no. Please see Shipping and Returns/Delivery Information. Due to order stock holding policies then we cannot do this. If your order is in our physical stock holding then we will try to ship out on the same day if the order is placed before 12pm. If we are awaiting stock delivery or have to order in specially then we will email you this information but still ship out without further charge to you when the goods arrive in our warehouse.
Can I call your office to check up on my order?
Yes, on 01843 799101. This is the best way to keep updated although we will email you via your order number to inform you of its status. PLEASE NOTE: If you have ordered as a GUEST then you will not be able to sign in for these updates. We recommend you create an account so you will receive all of our customer order messages.
What Currency Will I Pay For My Order In?
You will pay for your order in the currency displayed on the order confirmation page. It should adjust itself depending on the country in which you are the placing the order. The price displayed when you confirm your order will be the price you pay when your order is processed and will not change. This amount will be charged to your credit/debit card / PayPal account / bank account in the currency displayed. VAT will be added to all prices at the checkout, including countries in the EU.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
