Select the a delivery option and click on ‘Checkout’

Click ‘Submit Order’ – this will take you to the Secure Payment page where you will complete the payment process
How do I register with KickSport.com?
Simply click on the register link and enter your details. Please try to give us as much information as possible about you and your club.
I’m an instructor, how do I view trade prices?
You need to register your details on KickSport.com and then contact us to tell us that you are an instructor (you may be asked to provide proof of trade). We will then set your online details to trade status, so when you next log in the products will display with trade prices.
My log in details won’t work
Click on the Forgotten Password link to reset your password. If you are still having problems, please contact us and a member of our team will be able to help.
I’ve forgotten my password
Click on the Forgotten Password link at the top of the homepage. This will reset your password and you can continue shopping.
Can I change my log in details?
Yes, you can change all your personal details by logging in and clicking on Modify Profile at the top of the page.
How much is delivery?
KickSport offers four different delivery options, including guaranteed next working day delivery. Please see the delivery options page for prices and details.
I live in the Scottish Highlands/Scottish Offshore Islands/Channel Islands/Ireland – will I need to pay extra for delivery?
Your delivery charge may depend on the size and weight of your order. Please contact us and we will be happy to quote you for your delivery.
What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?
If you select an item which is out of stock, the website will tell you and you will not be able to purchase that item. Please contact us and we will be able to tell you when it will be back in stock.
How do I know what size to order?
Our online Sizing Guides will help you find the right size. If you are still unsure, please contact us and a member of our team will be able to help you further.
Can I return the item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. Simply post the item back to us along with the invoice that the item came with, within 7 days of receiving it. Please tell us why you are returning it and if you would like a refund or replacement. Click here to see more information about returns and refunds.
How do I find out about the style/fit/fabric of an item?
We endeavour to include as much information as possible about each item on the website. If you have any further queries, our sales team is on hand to help and advise you, please call 01733 260030 between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
There is a product I like in your catalogue but I can’t find it online
Occasionally an item may be out of stock or discontinued, and so will not be available to buy online. Please contact us and we will be able to tell you when it is back in stock.
Do you have a shop that I can visit?
KickSport do not have a shop or showroom, but we do offer a call and collect service from our warehouse. If you would like to place an order with us and collect it yourself, please place your order by phone.
My order hasn’t arrived, what shall I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please contact us, quoting your order number and we will be able to track it for you. Please ensure there is no attempted delivery card at your property before calling us.
How long will you take to answer my email?
We will endeavour to respond to all emails within 1 working day.
