Where does KickSport deliver to?
We currently desptach to the following countries:
Can all KickSport products be delivered worldwide?
We can ship products to the majority of countries. If you are having trouble ordering online from a particular country, please get in touch and we will help you out.
We require that you provide us with a genuine residential or commercial address for delivery. Our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes or drop boxes in any country.
How quickly will my order be despatched?
All orders received will be despatched the same working day, unless:
- Your order is placed after 2pm - in this case it will be despatched the next working day
- Your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday - in this case it will despatched the following Monday
- Your order order contains products from our secondary warehouse - in this case it will be despatched the next working day
How long does delivery take?
This depends on which delivery method you choose. For deliveries to Great Britain our options include standard and next working day delivery service. For deliveries to USA and Canada it will be delivered on a 2 working day delivery service. For European deliveries check individual country information.
Which courier companies do you use?
We use several courier companies depending on the type of delivery service you have chosen and the area that your order is being delivered to. We currently use Royal Mail, APC, FedEx UK & International, DHL and Palletways.
What currency will I pay for my order in?
- You will pay for your order in the currency displayed on the order confirmation page. It should adjust itself depending on the country in which you are the placing the order.
- The price displayed when you confirm your order will be the price you pay when your order is processed and will not change.
- This amount will be charged to your credit/debit card /PayPal account in the currency displayed.
- VAT will be added to all prices at the checkout, including countries in the EU
Can I collect my order at an event?
Yes it is possible to collect an order at an event.
- When placing an order online, in the delivery options please select "collect at an event" and in the delivery notes please let us know which event this is.
- When placing an order on the phone, please state that you will be collecting this order at an event.
- We ask that you place the order no later than 12pm on the Friday before an event to allow KickSport enough time to prepare and pack your order.
- We request that you pay for your order before the event.

Import Duty
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
